  1、Please make sure the Admission Notice and 8 passport size photos have been taken before you depart. If your study duration is over one semester you should bring the following materials with you: Physical Examination Record for Foreigners with the doctor’ signature and the hospital seal, Laboratory exam (Attached test report of AIDS, Syphilis, Viral hepatitis etc.), Chest X-ray exam and the ECG.

  2、If you need someone to collect you at the airports or railway stations Both in Nanjing and Shanghai ) when you arrive, please complete the Meet and Greet form and send us back by fax (fax number :+86--519-2884120) 7 days before your departure.

  3、Please register during the period. If you can’t come on time you should let us know in advance(fax number:+86-519-2884120).Consult the officer in charge of residency and visa issues immediately after you come to Jiangsu Hua Luogeng High School.All students holding a Student (X) visa are required to report to the Jintan Municipal Public Security Bureau within 30 days after their arrival. You are personally held responsible for any consequences in neglecting this.

  4、If you want to live in the International Students’ Apartment, you may select in advance one of several types of room options available. After you decide which room you want, please send us the Booking Form before ___________by fax (fax number:+86-519-2884120) or by mail . We will arrange the room according to the principle ‘First come first serve’ . The normal rooms ( type A, B) are provided to the students who live in at least six months only. An agreement is required to sign when you live in. Usually we won’t keep your room reservation if you don’t come at the expected date .At the beginning of each semester the International Students’ Apartment always provides some standard rooms for the students, who haven’t registered to live temporarily. But we cannot guarantee every new student a place to live.
